Replacement License Form

We understand that changes to Staff and Students, as well as Hardware Failures can occur. In these instances, we are pleased to issue replacement licenses for your Chenomx Software at no charge.

When submitting a request for a Replacement License, we ask that you uninstall your previous license from your old computer.
